Our Authors

Lucy Costigan is the author of the bestselling book  Strangest Genius: The stained glass of Harry Clarke (with Michael Cullen, The History Press, 2010), shortlisted for Best Irish-Published Book by the Irish Book Awards in 2010 and nominated for Book of the Decade by Dublin Book Festival in 2016. Lucy is also the author of Dark Beauty: Hidden Detail in Harry Clarke’s Stained Glass (with Michael Cullen, Merrion, 2019). Lucy produced A Revel in Blue: The Life and Work of Harry Clarke (2012) and is Director and Co-writer of the documentary Journey Into Glass, (Irishimages.org/film), to be released in 2021. Lucy’s biography Glenveagh Mystery: The Life, Work and Disappearance of Arthur Kingsley Porter (Merrion, 2012) became a national bestseller.

Lucy has had several books published with Enlighten Publishing. Her most recent book, Bouquet of White Roses, was published in August 2020. This is an autobiography, detailing the fascinating story of Lucy’s quest to discover the true connection with her aunt Sue, who lived during the 1920s, many decades before Lucy was born.

Anthony Costigan co-wrote and directed the documentary, A Revel in Blue: The Life and Work of Harry Clarke (2012). He is currently musical director for the documentary film Journey Into Glass, (Irishimages.org/film) to be released in 2020.

Anthony is co-author of the drama in three-acts, ‘The Last Day of Harry Clarke’, published by Enlighten Publishing in December 2019.

Theresa Cullen was researcher on Strangest Genius: The stained glass of Harry Clarke (2010), Dark Beauty (2019) and Glenveagh Mystery (2012). Theresa was Executive Producer for A Revel in Blue: The Life and Work of Harry Clarke (2012). Theresa is also Executive Producer for the forthcoming documentary film Journey Into Glass, (Irishimages.org/film).

Theresa is co-author of drama in three-acts, ‘The Last Day of Harry Clarke’, published by Enlighten Publishing in December 2019.
